Inclusion on our waiting list does not guarantee the availability of a puppy. HausRuma reserves the absolute right to refuse any application at our sole discretion without providing reasons.
Important: Payment of a deposit does not constitute a binding contract until a separate Puppy Purchase Agreement or Breeding Contract is signed by both parties. Deposits are non-refundable unless HausRuma is unable to provide a puppy for reasons solely within our control, and only to the extent set out in our Breeding Contract.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
